If you have a more flexible budget, you’re looking for more indoor and outdoor space, and don’t mind being further away from the city center, a house rental may be the right choice.

Make sure that any changes are initialed and dated by both the tenant and the landlord, because once you sign it at the end, you accept the terms of everything in the lease.
